Nikolay Davydenko was almost on the brink of losing his semifinal against David Ferrer, but after being 3-5 down in the first set came back amazingly to win it 75. The second set was no piece of cake either and Davydenko was able to win it in an edgy tiebreaker. The final score was 75 76(2). He will face Paul-Henri Mathieu in the final.
In Indianapolis 3rd seeded Sam Querrey defeated Canadian Franc Dancevic and will now face Robby Ginepri, who defeated another American hope John Isner.
