Murray continues to shine; Gonzalez sent home

Andy Murray was giving his home crowd a great performance and more belief in his maiden Grand Slam win, by eliminating 30th seeded Viktor Troicki form the tournament. Murray showed his solidity once again by beating the Serb with a score of 62 63 64 in just 96 minutes. Murray is looking to be the first Briton to win Wimbledon since Fred Perry, who won in 1936.
Andy Roddick also made it through by pounding 33 aces in his encounter against Austria's Jurgen Melzer. Roddick did it in 4 sets and will face Tomas Berdych in the next round.
The upset of today was highlighted by former French Open champion Juan Carlos Ferrero, who shocked 10th seeded Fernando Gonzalez in a five set thriller. Tommy Haas finished off his encounter against Marin Cilic with a big W after taking the last set 10-8. Haas is the oldest player left in the draw now.
