Djokovic relieved; Simon knocked out


The spectators in Halle saw a major comeback from Novak Djokovic today as he saved 5 match points to beat Florrent Serra of France with a score of 57 75 61. Serra was up 7-5 5-2, 40-0 when Djokovic slowly came back to his senses and eventually saved his place in the quarterfinals of the event.
While in London, top seeds Andy Murray and Andy Roddick came through but Gilles Simon could not. He was upset by 14th seeded Mikhail Youzhny of Russia in a three setter which took 1 hour and 31 minutes to finish up with a score of 61 26 62.
