American trio begin well in London


At the Queen's Club in London, UK three Americans powered up to the third round of the event. Andy Roddick was one of them as he quickly dismissed Kristof Vliegen with a score of 61 64. James Blake also shared the same result as he ousted former world number three, Ivan Ljubicic with a score of 62 76(4). Mardy Fish on the other hand had to face a more challenging test against Michel Llodra of France but managed to seal the win after an hour and 51 minutes with a score of 57 76(5) 63.
While in Halle, Germany Novak Djokovic won on his debut at the Gerry Weber Open by triumphing over Simone Bolelli of Italy with a score of 75 62.
