Davydenko demolishes Ferrero


Nikolay Davydenko has captured his second straight title at the Croatia Open in Umag, Croatia this time over Juan Carlos Ferrero of Spain. The former French Open champion and world number one Ferrero was completely shattered by Davydenko as the Russian dictated play to win with a score of 63 60.
Sam Querrey was third time lucky as he captured his first title this year after being in his third final for the year. He stopped Australian qualifier Carsten Ball from capturing his first title on the tour with a score of 64 36 61. While in Gstaad, qualifier Thomaz Bellucci from Brazil got hold of his first title after winning with a score of 64 76(2) over German Andreas Beck.
