Novak Djokovic was all power and confidence today against Rafael Nadal as he didn't give the Spaniard any chances to execute his game plan and denied Nadal his 400th career match win. Djokovic belted 31 winners and closed out an entertaining 77 minute match with a score of 62 63. The positive side for Nadal is that he will have just a bit more time to prepare for the year-ending championships, after missing it last year with tendonitis in his knees.
Djokovic on the other hand is fighting for his 16th career title tomorrow against French favourite Gael Monfils who is looking to win his first Masters shield at the Paris Masters after pulling through a hard fought win against Radek Stepanek with a score of 64 57 64.
