France's Richard Gasquet who is ranked 23rd in the world and was a former semifinalist at Wimbledon has been temporarily suspended after testing positive at March's Sony Ericsson Open for cocaine.
The Frenchman could get a two-year ban from the sport if proved guilty, after he submitted a test which showed no trace of cocaine in his hair sample, but a traces of the drug was found in his urine sample.
ITF spokesman Neil Robinson said an anti-doping tribunal within 60 days to hear the case.
Gasquet said: "I want to prove my innocence and will explain myself at an appropriate time."
