Novak Djokovic lifted the trophy of the Serbia Open today as he triumphed over Polish qualifier Lukasz Kubot in the capital, Belgrade. Djokovic looked to be storming in the first set, but was stumbling in the second to win the last set in a tiebreak in which the score was 7-0. So the final score was 63 76(0), and lets just say that Djokovic won his own tournament.
Other champions for today include Tomas Berdych, who needed three sets to defeat Mikhail Youzhny for the BMW Open title in Munich, anyway he made it with a score of 64 46 76(5). Albert Montanes of Spain captured the Estoril Open title by defeating James Blake after Blake had to finish his match against Nikolay Davydenko. Blake won with a score of 67(3) 76(2) 63, but Montanes shocked him with a score of 57 76(6) 60.
Well done, champs!
